Hospital Introduction

Founded in 1958, with the academic inheritance of"Shi's"traditional orthopedic and medicinal techniques, the hospital is a Class A tertiary Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialized Hospital integrating medical treatment, scientific research and teaching, and the only municipal Chinese medicine hospital in Zhuzhou. The hospital has 580 open beds, 24 clinical and technical departments, including 12 orthopedic sub-specialties, 1 key specialty of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 4 key specialties of the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 2 key clinical disciplines in Zhuzhou. It is the leading unit for the development of national TCM diagnosis and treatment program and clinical path for rib fracture, national medical device clinical trial organization（GCP）, affiliated hospital of Hunan Higher School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, medical technology demonstration base of Zhuzhou TCM and injury, and the leading unit of Zhuzhou TCM and orthopaedic injury specialty alliance.

Construction Effectiveness:

●  Established a quality control system for Chinese medical cases,and increased the excellence rate of Chinese medical cases by 15 percentage points year-on-year;

●  Assisting the closed-loop management of clinical, case, and health insurance departments, and realizing the ability to manage and analyze health insurance before,during, and after the event;

●  Establishing a knowledge base of TCM disease codes,  realizing rapid selection and conversion of TCM diagnostic codes;statistics on TCM-related indicators,and improving the quality of TCM medical care and service level;

●  Increasing the number of medical insurance settlement cases by more than 20%year-on-year. The accuracy rate of prediction grouping is over 99%,and the accuracy rate of settlement amount prediction is 100%.
