In May 2022, the General Office of the National Health Commission notified the second batch of typical cases of digital health, selecting 100 typical cases from five aspects, including the construction and application of the universal health information platform, the application of"Internet+healthcare", the application and development of healthcare big data, the intelligent application of emerging medical technologies, and the security of network information and data,etc., and selected 10 replicable and popularized demonstration cases, including"Guangdong Province's Intelligent Multi-trigger Disease Prevention and Control Early Warning System", and notified the cases for commendation.

In 2020, the Commission released the first batch of 50 typical cases of"Internet+healthcare"services, which achieved a good social response. In order to further play a typical exemplary driving role, better promote the development of the application of information technology for the health of all people, give full play to the role of"unveiling the list of commanding officer ,horse racing for the first, and leading the geese", on the basis of the notification of commendation of the typical cases of"Internet+healthcare"services, the Commission carried out a digital health typical cases. The Commission has launched the activity of collecting typical cases of digital health.
On the basis of the typical cases actively submitted from all over the country, 100 typical cases were selected from five aspects, including the construction and application of the universal health information platform, the application of"Internet+Healthcare", the application and development of healthcare big data,the intelligent application of emerging medical technologies, and network information and data security, and 10 model cases that can be replicated and popularized were also selected. At the same time, 10 demonstration cases that can be replicated and generalized were selected, and are hereby notified and commended.
It is hoped that all local units will make reference to and learn from these useful practices, adhere to the problem-oriented, demand-oriented and application-oriented approaches, coordinate development and safety, strengthen systematic thinking, lead and support the high-quality development of the health care industry as the theme, promote the systematic and intensive development of information technology for the health of the whole population, and further open up the"major artery"of information on the health of the whole population. With data resources as the key element, information network as the important carrier, and emerging technologies as the powerful support, it will promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry with digitalization,networking and intelligence, reshape the management service mode, innovate new modes and new forms of informationization of health for all, and provide strong technical support for the prevention and resolution of major epidemics and sudden public health risks, promote the high-quality development of health and health undertakings, and build a healthy China.
The results achieved:
First,the establishment of an intelligent multi-point trigger mechanism for early warning.
The CDC thematic database was constructed,bringing together data related to epidemic prevention and control from 10 departments, including health, public security, customs, market supervision, transportation, etc., so as to realize multi-point triggered early warning and multi-dimensional prediction of diseases and related factors, and to enhance the ability of auxiliary decision-making and analysis.
Secondly, the establishment of multi-point triggered early warning mechanism.
It establishes early warning rules for syndromic surveillance,nucleic acid testing, fever clinics and other data in medical institutions, realizing multi-point early warning associated with syndromes, key populations and key places.
Third, improve the ability of real-time analysis and scientific research and judgment.
Through big data computing and infectious disease situational awareness, early warning and forecasting models, active real-time monitoring of infectious disease outbreaks, early warning, situational forecasting, data analysis and risk assessment.
Real Case: In 2021(during 0521-0624), a total of 193 new cases of positive cases of Crown Pneumonia were found in Guangdong Province, all of them appeared red warning signal in the multi-point triggering system, and none of them was missed, among which 73 cases realized early warning, accounting for 38%of all cases, and the time from the onset of the disease to the early warning was shortened by an average of 16.19 hours comparing with the original discovery pathway(the national pandemic network report card).
