64th in the 2022 Fudan Ranking and the first in the northwest of China in terms of scientific research strength. In the past three years, it has obtained 1,175 various scientific research projects, 191 National Natural Science Foundation of China（NSFC）awards, and more than 2,100 SCI papers. The hospital was ranked 8th in the country in the comprehensive list of the 2021 Chinese Hospital Innovation and Transformation Ranking.

Construction of an internationally standardized information resource center integrating genomics, bio-specimen information, clinical information, and patient follow-up information, pioneering high-quality and sustainable development of clinical big data-driven biospecimens in China, and approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center（2023）

The platform has supported 420+research projects from its launch in 2019 to April 2023, served 44 departments in the hospital, and produced nearly 90 papers,including high scoring journals such as EHJ and JAMA.

Big data support for scientific research is fruitful, maximizing the release of data value.

Since its operation in May 2019, the number of samples in the database is about 700,000 tubes, 82 projects in the database, 422 projects out of the database, covering 44 departments.
